Rewards
Rewards are indicated on Tiles. The amount of rewards gained depends on what
is written on the tile, the Location of Interest marker and, in some
conditions, the player’s
Extra Resource
Attribute:
- If the reward amount is a number suffixed by P, then it is only awarded to the player controlling the Tile. The amount corresponds to that number multiplied by how many players are in the game. For example, “2P” means 2 times the number of players in the game.
- If the reward amount is K, then it corresponds to the number of
Knight
the player has on this Tile, regardless of whether they control the Tile or not.
- The Location of Interest increments all P numbers of its current Faction’s Tiles by 1. Tiles with K are not affected.
- In addition, players with
Knight
on a Tile with a number suffixed by P earn bonus Resources. The quantity corresponds to their Extra Resource
attribute. This applies regardless of Tile control.
Knight
are not martial geniuses. When increasing an
Knight Attribute
through rewards from a
Bandit
Tiles, it cannot go more than one step beyond either the
Bandit
camp’s step for that
Knight Attribute
or the
Knight
’s own current step, whichever is highest. Indeed,
Knight
can easily copy what they have seen, but progressing past that is
a struggle. The
Knight
’s current step may be different
from the
Knight
’s initial step at the start of the
Rewards phase, if multiple
Bandit
camps were cleared.
